Jointly Foreign Policy In Focus and Africa Action have produced a policy report surveying the policy challenges in Africa this coming year. The report was written by William Minter and Salih Booker, the Executive Director of Africa Action. An excerpt of the report can be found at the FPIF website: www.fpif.org/progresp/volume6/v6n06.html

"Human Rights and Poverty Eradication: A Talisman for the Commonwealth"

The report is available online at www.humanrightsinitiative.org or hard copies may be obtained for $US 15.00 from the CHRI office at: Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative, F-1/12A Hauz Khas Enclave, New Delhi 110 016, INDIA
